Brandon Jones is the Chief Information Officer of Worldwide Assurance for Employees of Public Agencies (WAEPA). WAEPA is a 77-year-old Non-Profit Organization that provides Group Term Life Insurance to civilian employee across all the Federal Agencies. In this role, Brandon leads the development of IT strategy and ensures that WAEPA’s comprehensive strategic plan fits our business objectives and includes innovative security practices. Currently at WAEPA, Brandon is leading multiple effort such as a multi-million-dollar website redesign, member portal creation, a new policy administration system, and a modernize billing solution. Brandon’s mindset and style are routed in the Digital Customer Experience, the Digital Employee Experience with Data Analytics and Integration as the underpinning.
