Mr. Desmond Adams is the Director of Identity Management for the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC). Is this role Mr. Adams leads DMDC’s identity services initiatives and serves as the Senior Program Manager for the organization’s Identity, Credentialing and Access Management (ICAM) Portfolio.
Prior to this role Mr. Adams served as the Chief, Identity and Communications Security Division, Army CIO/G-6. Mr. Adams has held various technical and managerial positions across the Department over the past 36 years.
