Colonel Jon C. (Chris) Autrey is the Military Deputy, Defense Enclave Services Directorate for the Defense Information Systems Agency. He is responsible for all aspects of the Fourth Estate Network Optimization Program from programmatic development and implementation to daily operations for what will ultimately encompass 21 Department of Defense agencies providing centralized commodity information technology services to Department of Defense warfighters.

Born in Texarkana, Texas, Colonel Autrey entered the Air Force in 1996 after graduating from the University of Missouri - Rolla. His career highlights include being part of the Joint STARS program helping the 93d Air Control Wing reach initial operating capability, attending the Air Force Institute of Technology, supporting the $31B Milstar program, serving as executive officer at the wing level and leading AFNetOps Lead Command efforts at the MAJCOM level. Colonel Autrey has served multiple command tours and in several Joint organizations. He is married to Elizabeth Autrey with whom he has two daughters, Dakota and Jordan, and a son, Michael.
