Profile

Ms. Diane Phan is currently the Division Chief of the Endpoint Security Solutions Division in the Cyber Development Directorate, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). The Endpoint Security Solutions Division provide integrated and interoperable net-centric endpoint enterprise solutions in support of the DoD Global Information Networks (DoDIN). These include enclave and secure configuration management (SCM) capabilities. Ensure the security posture of the DoDIN through the acquisition, engineering, and lifecycle management of secure and reliable endpoint capabilities. Provide enterprise host, network, and SCM capabilities to improve the security posture of DoDIN enclaves.

Ms. Phan transitioned into DoD Civilian Service in 2004 with Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) in San Diego, CA served as a Logistics Analyst then transitioned into Information Assurance. While at SPAWAR, she managed Crypto Modernization program as well as transitioning Navy applications/systems over to Navy and Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI). Additionally, she also served as a SPAWAR PMW 160 Liaison Requirements Officer with OPNAV N2/N6 in Arlington, VA, the Navy’s primary office for resourcing such capabilities as intelligence, cyber warfare, command and control, electronic warfare, battle management, oceanography and meteorology amongst others. Its mission is to provide end-to-end accountability for Navy information requirements, investments, capabilities and forces. Ms. Phan joined DISA in 2010 as an IT-Specialist. She served in critical positions including Program Manager for Enterprise Network Monitoring and Leak Detection System (ENMLDS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).

Ms. Phan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Logistics from University of Maryland, and a Master of Science in Program Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA.
