    Description

    The panel will address the DoD ICAM strategic vision, and at the direction of the DoD CIO, the establishment of the DoD ICAM Joint Program Integration Office (JPIO).  The JPIO is responsible for ensuring the DoD ICAM strategic vision becomes a reality through a collaborative effort with the DoD Components.  The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), and the National Security Agency (NSA) comprise the core JPIO organization; working together with the DoD CIO’s Office to deliver  enterprise ICAM services. The ICAM JPIO, led by DISA, will be responsible for integration activities of these services to achieve ICAM capabilities in a timely and cost-effective manner.   The panel will discuss their plan to support:

    • DOD components and understand their mission requirements
    • Technical and policy challenges to deliver robust enterprise ICAM capabilities, and
    • Improved interoperability with National Security Systems (NSS) and coalition partners.
