Jon Rogers

Profile
Jon Rogers is a Solutions Architect at Cape, supporting the integration and deployment of strategic communications networks for Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM), particularly in the realm of unmanned systems. His work spans multiple countries across the region, enabling secure, resilient connectivity for joint and coalition partners across the Navy, Marine Corps, and Special Operations Command, and includes leading red team assessments to strengthen network security and product resilience. Before joining Cape, Jon served as a Cyber Warfare Engineer in the U.S. Navy. Commissioned from the United States Naval Academy in 2019, his first tour was with the Navy Cyber Warfare Development Group (NCWDG), where he developed offensive cyber capabilities on Android and Linux systems in support of the Intelligence Community and U.S. Cyber Command. He later joined the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) as a Program Manager in the Cyber and Telecommunications portfolio, accelerating the adoption of emerging technologies for the Navy and INDOPACOM. Jon is based in San Diego, California. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Information Technology.
