Profile

As a proud U.S. Navy Veteran and accomplished electronic engineer specializing in Radio Frequency (RF) communications, Andria brings over 20 years of experience across the defense, technology, and federal contracting sectors. Her background spans business development, project management, systems engineering, and quality control, with a strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and implementation across both government and private industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an MBA from Chaminade University.

In addition to leading Lanakila Contracting, Andria serves as AFCEA International’s Emerging Leader Vice President for the Indo-Pacific and the AFCEA Hawaii Chapter Emerging Leader VP, where she fosters cross-sector collaboration, mentorship, and community engagement. Passionate about workforce development and innovation, she helped spearhead technical training initiatives at the Puea Learning Center in Wai‘anae and serves as an RF Communications instructor at Leeward Community College.

As moderator for the AFCEA TechNet Indo-Pacific DDIL Panel, Andria brings her experience bridging operational, technical, and industry perspectives—facilitating dialogue on how joint forces, government, and industry can strengthen mission assurance, interoperability, and resilience in Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, and Limited (DDIL) environments across the Indo-Pacific theater.
