Profile
Christopher Miller is the Chief Programmatic Consolidation Branch for the 4th Estate Network Optimization (4ENO) Program Office, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), at Fort Meade, Maryland. He is the senior advisor on all acquisition and procurement matters for the 4ENO Program, managing a portfolio contracts supporting over $11 billion in lifecycle performance requirements.
Prior to this current role, Mr. Miller served as the Acquisition Lead for the 4ENO Program, developing the acquisition strategy since program initiation to unify thousands of disparate contracts across the 4th Estate, and support the migration of over 400,000 users to a common network call DoDNet. These actions are expected to reduce the cost of common use IT services by more than $1 billion over 10 years.
Before this role, Mr. Miller served as an IPT Lead for the requirements Analysis Office, leading several complex efforts to develop business cases for new capabilities and services for DISA and its Mission Partners. Other career highlights include Project Manager for the Defense Enterprise Mobility Program, and Program Manager for Endpoint Security Solutions.
Mr. Miller came to DISA in 2010 as a Cybersecurity Analyst as part of the DISA Internship Program, with the Program Executive Office for Mission Assurance (PEO-MA). Prior to DISA, Mr. Miller worked as a Network and Information Assurance Engineer for Textron Systems, developing and securing next-generation Unmanned Aerial Systems in support of the Army PEO Aviation and the Marines Corps.
Mr. Miller is a Maryland native and a resident of Severn, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Stevenson University in Greenspring, Maryland.
