The CE Pass

Allows an attendee to receive formal attendance documentation for applicable continuing education sessions at the event. AFCEA members receive the attendance documentation as a member benefit and do not require the CE pass.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted online by Friday, September 19, 2025, to receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after September 19, 2025. Substitutes are welcome. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.

Soliciting business in aisles, public areas, or another company’s exhibit space is strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave the trade show immediately and may face additional penalties. Please report any observed violations to Show Management.
