These demo & business suites are available for your company to meet and network in a private, hardwall room with a lockable door. You can use this space to accommodate a variety of activities, from business meetings to private demonstrations. Exhibitor Demo and Business Suites do not include telecommunication services or furniture. Floor displays are not permitted outside of the suite. Pricing is for the entire event.

What's Included?

Each business suite includes: Company identification sign (22”x28”) outside of room with company name/logo and a basic online listing (within interactive exhibitor list & event mobile app).

13'x13' Suites: One (1) full conference registration pass, three (3) exhibit hall only passes
13'x26' Suites: Two (2) full conference registration passes, six (6) exhibit hall only passes

NOTE: The exhibiting company is responsible for contracting for any additional furnishings / services that meet their needs through our service vendors. Please note that these demo & business suites are not on the main conference level and attendee walk-by traffic should not be expected. Companies utilizing these suites should promote and pre-set meetings, demonstrations, social activities, etc. Floor plan image may not be reflection of actual business suite configuration.
