This opportunity allows your company to showcase your brand and through leadership with a one-hour theater session that you create that you feel is relevant to theme of the TechNet Indo-Pacific conference. This is a tremendous branding opportunity! Session will take place in the theater on the main exhibit floor.​

• Theater is set for approximately 75 with stage with podium/mic, panel table for up to 4 panelists. AV provided includes table mics, screen, and projector. Internet is not provided and and these sessions are not recorded.  You may record session if you like. Please note theater sessions do run concurrently so your session may overlap other theater sessions to include those being given by government/military
• Session abstract is required (which should include session title, proposed speakers and 100-word session description must be provided in advance for approval) 
• Session will be listed on the main agenda on the website to include speaker photos and bios, appear in the on-demand printed agenda, in the mobile app and in the attendee know before you go email 
• Session advertisement slide (that you create) that will play in overall slide deck show in the general sessions 
• Opportunity to create artwork for a meter panel sign to be placed at entrance to theater
• Opportunity to submit session abstract for CE credits – please note session must be one full hour in length to qualify and be vendor agnostic. CE credits are a great way to attract an audience!
