Bernice Glenn Kissinger is Senior Vice President of Pacific Impact Zone, selected to be a Defense Innovation OnRamp Hub Hawaii. She leads Pacific Impact Zone's international defense tech outreach to Japan, Australia, the Pacific Islands, and Ukraine. With over 30 years of experience in technology development and 8 years in Defense Rapid Contracting vehicles, she has led multiple Other Transaction Authorities across the Services. A graduate of Punahou, Princeton, and the Harvard Graduate School of Design, she holds a National Charrette Institute certification for land use planning and has worked for Toyota Motor in Kentucky and Motorola in Japan. She is a former Board member of the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation, the Natural Energy Lab of Hawaii, the US Export District Council, and the Hawaii Workforce Development Council.
