Chief Warrant Officer Five Casey Lynch was born in Ft. Stewart Georgia. He joined the Army in 1995 after Graduating from Watauga High School in Boone, North Carolina. His military education includes, All Source Intelligence Analyst (MOS 96B) Advanced Individual Training, Basic Airborne School, Primary Leadership Development Course, Technical Order of Battle Course, Joint Battle Damage Assessment Course, All Source Analysis System (ASAS) Instructor Certification Course, Basic Non-Commissioned Officers course, Warrant Officer Candidate School, Warrant Officer Basic Course, Warrant Officer Advanced Course, Digital Intelligence Systems Master Gunner (DISMG) Course. Warrant Office Intermediate Level Education and Warrant Officer Senior Service Education Phase 1 & 2.

CW5 Lynch is currently the USINDOPACOM J2 Senior Warrant Officer Advisor and Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) Command Chief Warrant Officer. His previous assignments include; senior intelligence Warrant Officer and Intelligence Observer Coach Trainer (OC/T) for the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas, Intelligence Architecture Planner and Senior Intelligence Warrant Officer for the 94th Army Air and Missile Defense Command at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Hawaii, Intelligence Advisor to the Commandant of the Saudi Arabian Institute for Intelligence and Security Karj, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Senior Warrant Officer Advisor and India Branch Military Analyst USINDOPACOM JIOC. Collection, Production, and Requirements Manager United States Army Africa G2; Senior Analyst and Watch Officer for Joint Task Force ODYSSEY DAWN; Attack Trends Analysis OIC, 4th Infantry Division G2 Analysis and Control Element (ACE) in support of two deployments to Bagdad during OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM.

His awards include, the Bronze Star, the Meritorious Service Medal with two oak leaf clusters (OLC), the Joint Commendation Medal (1 x OLC), the Army Commendation Medal (2x OLC), the Joint Service Achievement Medal, the Army Achievement Medal (5x OLC), the Korean Defense Service Medal (1x OLC), the NATO non-Article Five Medal, the Kosovo Campaign Medal, the Iraqi Campaign Medal with four arrowheads, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Army Good Conduct Medal, and the basic Parachutist Badge.

He and his wife, Tori, have two sons (Derick and Riley), two daughters (Remy and Letty) and two dogs (Iroh and Ty-ku).
