Dr. Kurt Fiscko is the Technical Director of PMW/A-170 in the Navy Program Executive office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I) of the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command. Following a 20-year Army career in Research, Development, and Acquisition, he held positions as the vice-president of a defense services firm and senior systems engineer at SAIC before joining the government in 2006. Subsequent to completing his doctorate in Aeronautical Engineering at Stanford, he served as a program manager in the Army Space Program Office, and was later assigned as Commander of the Army Science and Technology Center in Tokyo, Japan.
Dr. Fiscko is DAWIA Level lll certified and is a recipient of the Bronze Star medal from action in Operation Desert Storm.
