Profile
William Kasch received his BSEE at Florida Institute of Technology in 2000. He received an MSECE at Johns Hopkins University in 2003. He was the director of the Tactical Wireless and Networked Systems group of the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory in Laurel, MD through 2015. He currently serves as the Wireless R&D Group Director for Textron Corporation in Vista, CA. His interests include wireless protocols, cross-layer adaptation, rapid prototyping and software defined networking applications. He has published two books through IEEE Press, one on network modeling and simulation and another on wireless network technologies.
