Profile
Dr. Tian received Ph.D degree from the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Connecticut. He joined Intelligent Fusion Technology, Inc. (IFT) Germantown MD in 2010. Dr. Tian has led many researches in satellite communications, cognitive radio systems, networking, space situation awareness, target tracking, etc., which include multiple phase II and III efforts. He is now the Network and Communication research director at IFT.
