Profile

As Executive Vice President of Engineering and the leading member of the product development team, Jim guides the engineering department through the development of Crystal Group’s rugged solutions. He has expanded the company’s product lines into storage, displays, rugged switches, and custom power supply designs. Jim has 34 years of experience in the industry, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa. He has authored or co-authored ten international patents. Prior to joining Crystal Group, Jim held a management position in engineering at Rockwell Collins.
