Maj. Gen. Dwyer L. Dennis, USAF

Maj. Gen. Dwyer L. Dennis is Program Executive Officer for C3I and Networks, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass. In this position, he is responsible for more than 2,200 personnel and acquisition execution of a $10.9 billion portfolio developing, deploying and sustaining Air Force, joint and coalition cyberspace, networks, cryptologic and data link systems to enable decisive combat operations. In his previous assignment, General Dennis was Director, Global Reach Programs, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C. As the capability director, General Dennis was responsible to the Air Force acquisition executive for the $5.6 billion airlift, air refueling, training, and special operations programs portfolio.
