Ms. Rebecca Nielsen is an Identity and Access Management (IAM) architect with over 25 years of experience including IAM strategy development, program management, and business development. She currently works for PKH Enterprises. Ms. Nielsen drafted updates to the IAM architecture and policy documentation to address enterprise IAM services, federation with mission partners, IAM impacts of cloud migration, and IAM for non-person entities for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Office (CIO). She is also assisting the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) in developing a roadmap for Federal enterprise IAM capabilities. In her previous position with Booz Allen Hamilton, Ms. Nielsen led and supported IAM for clients across market sectors, including civil government, defense, intelligence, and commercial. She led IAM assessments for commercial financial organizations, identifying gaps in IAM deployments across registration, authentication and authorization, and audit and monitoring, and assisted with implementation of targeted recommendations to enhance IAM maturity and mitigate audit findings.
