Profile

Patrick is the IDEMIA Identity & Security Vice President for Digital Operations, managing business operations and support functions within the Citizen Identity Business Line. Prior to joining Morpho Trust USA in 2013 where he led the Identity Solutions business for the Federal government sector, Patrick led Interagency and Multinational consulting engagements for Department of Defense Senior Executive clients leveraging his strategic planning and biometrics expertise. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy and served in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Patrick holds a master’s degree from the University of Virginia and is recognized as a Certified Biometrics Professional by the Institute for Electronics and Electrical Engineers. Patrick is chairman of the Board of Advisers at the University of Texas Center for Identity.
