Profile

Mr. Archer supervises a team of Technology SME's, Analyst, Operators, Trainers and Staff Officers across the SOF Exploitation Enterprise. He manages requirements for SOF Captured Enemy Materials and Identity Intelligence (I2) Operations which recently received validation for the SSE CPD V3 secured by MFP-11. He has negotiated complex policy decisions and directives across the USG, Intelligence Community (IC), and International Partners. SOFs operational approach to technology integration relies upon rigorous Tactical Evaluations resulting in numerous new exploitation technologies integrated seamlessly into the Special Operations Exploitation (SOFEX) Architecture which provides a flat web-based application to the IC and USG.
