Profile

Lauren is the Manager of the Digital Integration at the United States Postal Service. In this position, she and her team utilize the Postal Service’s extensive reach and its place as the most trusted US federal institution to create a suite of identity verification services with technologies that enhance the delivery, security, and privacy of identity and information in a digital environment. Prior to leading this team, Lauren spent 15 years at the Postal Service in various management roles, including leading the industrial engineering division where she established and instituted lean and continuous improvement methodologies to achieve operational excellence. These experiences not only primed her to lead the development of new identity centered technologies, but gave her the experience and know how to operationalize and take them to market.
