Allison Lefrak is a Senior Attorney and the Identity Theft Program Manager in the Federal Trade Commission’s Division of Privacy and Identity Protection where she has led several complex data security and privacy investigations. Prior to working at the FTC, Ms. Lefrak was the Litigation Director at Human Rights USA. Before that, Ms. Lefrak spent ten years in private practice, most recently at Reed Smith, LLP. Ms. Lefrak obtained her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Welton Curtis Sewell in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with honors from Colgate University.
