CAPT Christina Hicks is the Commanding Officer of Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command, the Navy’s Cybersecurity Service Provider, and Commander of Navy’s Defensive Cyberspace Operations Task Force 1020. A career Information Professional Officer, she has served over 23 years and has experience across information technology, space communications, and surface warfare. CAPT Hicks has served in the office of the Chief of Naval Operations and previously commanded Navy Computer and Telecommunications Station, Guam. She is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Project Management Professional, designated Joint Qualified Officer, a member of Navy's Space Cadre, and holds degrees in Professional Physics, Engineering Management, and Space Systems Operations. She is the founder of the Women in the Navy Hampton Roads chapter.
