Profile

Ron Fodor is an operations manager in the Cyber, Electronic Warfare and Space business group in HII’s Mission Technologies division. Named to this position in August 2021, he is responsible for
leading a wide range of cyber and engineering capabilities.

Fodor previously served as a business area manager and was responsible for contract execution, delivery of financial targets and growth of the business. He was also instrumental in the integration of several mergers and acquisitions, including G2, Fulcrum IT and Alion Science & Technology.

Fodor began his career as a communications officer in the U.S. Air Force, serving as an information systems security engineer in the 91st Intelligence Squadron at Fort George G. Meade and as executive officer of the 24th Support Group in Panama. After separating from the Air Force in 2002, he joined SAIC (which became Leidos in 2014) as a senior information security analyst, holding various roles in software engineering, systems engineering, program management, business development and division management.

Fodor holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s in computer science from the Johns Hopkins University. He has previously held technical and management certifications, including CISSP and Certified Scrum Master. He has served on panels and delivered presentations at several industry conferences focused on cybersecurity.
