Mr. Russell Fenton has over 28 years of combined federal service. He is a retired Signal and Functional Area 53 (Information Systems Management) Officer. Mr. Fenton currently works as a government civilian within the Defensive Cyberspace Operations Branch, TRADOC Capability Manager Office Cyber, U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence.
