Jon Ross took his first IT job on a help desk 27 years ago and since worked as a systems administrator, systems engineer, and product manager. While working he leveraged those positions to pay for a B.S. In Computer Science and a Masters degree in Information Assurance. For the last 18 years Jon has worked for security vendors helping companies and government agencies deploy controls, analyze security intelligence, and recover from attacks.
