Profile

Ms. Tera Moore is currently serving as the Program Manager of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Program under the Applications Division at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). VDI is part of the Cloud Services Branch portfolio. As the Program Manager, Ms. Moore provides oversight for the strategic and operational support on the development, implementation, migration, and sustainment of the VDI Program. This critical function supports secured administrative desktops for management of one of the largest DoD Out-of-Band (OOB) management networks.

Prior to her career with DISA, she worked for the United States Capitol Police, Security Services Bureau, where she served as the Supervisor of the Security Operations Section. This granted her the opportunity to work with other law enforcement organizations on the development, evaluation and implementation of security policies and procedures to meet the security requirements of our nation’s capital.

Ms. Moore is a graduate of the University of Maryland University College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Ms. Moore holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University.
