Admittance to ALL program sessions and ticketed luncheons on Tuesday and Wednesday is included (subject to capacity constraints). For Mil/Gov registrants the Tuesday and Wednesday ticketed luncheons are available for separate purchase (subject to capacity constraints).

The CE Pass

Allows an attendee to receive formal attendance documentation for applicable continuing education sessions at the event. AFCEA members receive the attendance documentation as a member benefit and do not require the CE pass.

Member Registration Discounts

Please note that you must be an active AFCEA individual member, or designated associate member of an AFCEA corporate member company, to receive the member rate for conference registration. If you sign up for the member rate and do not meet the criteria, you will be charged the correct rate.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted online by Friday, May 1, 2026, to receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after Friday, May 1, 2026. Substitutes are welcome. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.
