Shawn Kelley is chief of the Defense Information Systems Agency Joint Interoperability Test Command Automations Branch. He is responsible for leading development of testing automation tools and web applications.
Kelley also held positions in JITC as a special projects engineer, leading first testing capability for net-enabled weapons; branch chief of Fort Huachuca testbeds, hosting many large-scale testing venues; branch chief command and control systems; and test officer for the national capitol region integrated air defense system. He also led the combat ID interoperability demonstration in 1997 and was a DISA team member for joint warrior interoperability demonstration in 1995. Additionally, he worked on reverse engineering the joint interoperability evaluation system, with follow on installation across tactical data link testbeds across the U.S. and successful government acceptance testing.
Kelley received DISA’s Outstanding Testing Professional of the Year 2017.
