Mr. Ian Pfaff assumed duties as the TRADOC Chief Knowledge Officer in July of 2020. Mr. Pfaff’s career in knowledge management and leadership spans across military and federal government positions. His other key leadership roles include the Chief Knowledge Officer for the United States Army Corps of Engineers and a Division Chief with the U.S. Department of State.

Prior to his assumption of his current role, Mr. Pfaff served as a Strategic Operations Manager and Chief of Acquisitions and Sustainment for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Mr. Pfaff’s other key leadership roles include the Chief Knowledge Officer for the United States Army Corps of Engineers and a Division Chief with the U.S. Department of State. Additionally, Mr. Pfaff performed duties with the U.S. Department of Defense, the National Guard Bureau, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Pfaff is also a military veteran, having served his country in the United States Air Force.
