Lisa Hines-Simmons joined DISA in June 2017, in the Risk Management Executive organization, as an IT Specialist. During her two years on the Process and Strategy Branch, Lisa supported contracting, budget planning, and onboarding for the DoD Cloud Authorization Services Team. In December 2019, Lisa joined the Office of Strategic Outreach and Talent Acquisition team, to support the organization’s efforts to develop a highly skilled talent pipeline, enhance employment branding, and recruit candidates, building a highly qualified workforce, to support the organization’s mission to support the warfighter, and the goal to be an industry #employerofchoice. Mrs. Hines-Simmons received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore, Merrick School of Business.
