Profile

Ms. Christiana Stukenberg is a Team Lead for the DISA-Sponsored Information Technology (IT) Services Section and Contracting Officer at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) / Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization – Scott AFB (DITCO-Scott), Illinois. In this role, she serves as a Senior Contract Specialist/team lead with an Unlimited Contracting Officer signatory authority, overseeing the procurement of IT service solutions for mission partners throughout the Department of Defense (DoD). Ms. Stukenberg is responsible for administering a complex, highly critical DISA premier contract vehicle, ENCORE III - $17.5 billion (B) multiple award contract with 40 prime contractors for a full range of IT service solutions. Additionally, Ms. Stukenberg works with a team of contracting professionals to procure orders against ENCORE III and other complex, highly critical DISA contract vehicles, such as:


- Microsoft Enterprise Technical Support Services (METSS) - $2.2B contract which provides Microsoft Premier support services
- Joint Service Provider Enterprise Transport Management - $491 million (M) blanket purchase agreement for IT support to the Secretary of Defense and DoD leaders
- Systems Engineering, Technology and Innovation (SETI) - $7.5B multiple award contract for engineering and technical service solutions

Prior to her current position, Ms. Stukenberg served as a Contract Specialist in support of Software Support. Ms. Stukenberg was responsible for procuring a variety of software supplies and software-as-a-service requirements ensuring the adequacy of acquisition planning, competition in contracting, preparation of price/cost analyses, and small business utilization.

Ms. Stukenberg entered into Federal Service in 2009, where she served for five years as a Copper Cap intern then Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer for the 763rd Specialized Contracting Squadron, U. S. Air Force supporting Headquarters Air Mobility Command in cradle to grave procurements for the full spectrum of supplies and services.

Ms. Stukenberg is Level III DAWIA certified, has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and holds an unlimited Contracting Officer’s warrant.
