Morgan McGary is the Knowledge Management Officer (KMO) for United States Marine Corps Training and Education Command. He has a combined 34 years of Knowledge Management, Information Management, and Administration experience to include an extensive information technology background. A retired Air Force veteran, Morgan has also served as the KMO at US Strategic Command. He is heavily engaged with the Joint Knowledge Management community, having authored the standard knowledge model and unified core competencies published by both the US Air Force and US Army.
