Joshua Howard currently serves as the Service Manager for both the DoD Mobility Classified Capability- Secret, DMCC-S, and Windows Data at Rest, WINDAR, capabilities in the Defense Information Systems Agency’s Services Development Directorate. In this position, Mr. Howard challenges everyday norms to lead both capabilities into the modern era with a cohort of peers eager to bring about change and to provide a meaningful service to our nation's senior most officials.
Prior to joining DISA, Mr. Howard served in various capacities providing both operations and customer support to DISA and National Flood Services under the Department of Homeland Security.
