A retired Army Signal Corps officer and current KM practitioner, Joe works to expand KM understanding and education to senior leaders. Previous assignments include Senior Civilian Knowledge Manager for the U.S. Army Pacific (USAPAC) and Deputy Director for the Battle Command Knowledge System (BCKS).
