Carissa Landymore currently serves as the program manager for the Department of Defense Network for the Defense Information Systems Agency. In her previous role she served as the program director for the Defense Enterprise Office Solution Program Management Office in the DISA Joint Enterprise Services Directorate.
Landymore is an experienced change agent, program manager, and acquisition professional. She began her career with government service working as a program analyst supporting the Program Executive Office for Mission Assurance and Network Operations at DISA. In the 14 years Landymore has worked for DISA, she’s served in a variety of roles including program analysis for the director of strategic planning & information, and the executive deputy director’s office. She’s also served as the chief of the Lifecycle Support Section ISC Contracts & Logistics Support Division, the onboarding manager for Enterprise Voice Services and, most recently as the Cloud Storage Branch chief/program manager for milDrive.
Landymore has a bachelor’s in business management from University of Maryland University College. She’s also a graduate of the University of Virginia Darden School of Business Executive Women’s Leadership Program, and Defense Acquisition University (DAWIA Level II Certification (Program Management), Level III eligible). Landymore is the recipient of the 2020 and 2021 Department of Defense Chief Information Officer Team Award, 2016 Diann McCoy Acquisition of Excellence Award, and has been personally recognized for her work by the DISA director.
