Ms Haith retired from Federal Service in February 2017 after 34 years of working in various Federal and DoD Agencies. Ms. Haith joined the Oracle Staff as Senior Director – Strategy and Business Development (Federal) in June 2018. Subsequently, she was appointed to the position of Strategic Client Director-Navy/Marine Corps. Prior to her position with Oracle, Ms. Haith was independently consulting in the Washington DC area.

Ms Haith was appointed as a member of the Senior Executive Service in August 2004 and retired from the position of United States Navy, Chief Information Officer (CIO) (Civilian Executive), to the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Information Warfare. In this position, she was responsible for all CIO matters related to the US Navy. This included Cybersecurity; Governance; Enterprise Architecture; Technology Efficiencies; Commercial Enterprise/Cloud Services Hosting, and Clinger-Cohen Act Policy and Compliance.

Ms Haith graduated from Hampton Institute with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, University of Maryland with a Master of Science in Technology Management, and the National Defense University Program for CIOs.

Ms Haith belongs to the Sustained Mentoring Program for BEYA and mentors local High School students in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math and Career Opportunities in Public Service. She is on the Federal Advisory Board-Intel Corporation; Board Director for the Worldwide Assurance for Employees of Public Agencies; Cyber Council - Intelligence and National Security Alliance, and the Advisory Council for the Armed Forces Communications and Electronic Association-DC Chapter. Ms. Haith is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, The Links, Incorporated and The Society, Inc.

Ms. Haith resides in Ashton, Maryland with her husband Darrell Calicker.
