Profile

Mark Rosenstein is a recognized leader in helping defense organizations shape Command, Control, Communication and Computers (C4) capabilities that require visionary leadership and innovative solutions to solve complex and ever-changing operational requirements. He is a Senior Client Partner at Verizon and respected member of the Defense and National Security team. Mark provides strategic insight and operational experience across a variety of spaces to help Department of Defense (DoD) customers solve challenging C4 matters.

Before joining industry, Mark served with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) as Chief of Staff, and as Vice Director, Joint Information Environment (JIE) Technical Synchronization Office (JTSO). He is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army with 34-years of service to our nation. During his career, Mark served in a myriad of assignments that included multiple combat and operational tours. He served with key tactical and strategic communications organizations that supported combat and humanitarian operations, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the DoD Security Assistance program. His service is recognized with DoD and foreign decorations and in 2017, he was inducted into the U.S. Army Officer Candidate School Hall of Fame located at Fort Benning, Georgia.

Mark holds a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy and Policy from the Eisenhower School, National Defense University in Washington D.C. and a Master of Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego. He currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Cybersecurity at the University of South Florida, Muma College of Business.
