Joseph Brinker is the Security Enablers Portfolio Manager within the Defense Information Systems Agency’s (DISA) Cyber Development Directorate.
In this position, Mr. Brinker is responsible for the development, deployment, integration, and operation of enterprise identity solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD). His portfolio includes DISA’s Enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM); Zero Trust Architecture; Public Key Infrastructure (PKI); Software Defined Enterprise; and, Cyber Exchange/Training programs.
During his DISA career, Mr. Brinker has served in a variety of program management, project management, and customer relationship management roles, developing and sustaining mission critical enterprise services and fostering strategic relationships between DISA and it’s DoD, Intelligence Community, and federal mission partners.
Mr. Brinker received his bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame, and his master’s degree in Management Information Systems and Services from University of Maryland – Global Campus.
