Profile

Colonel Andre M. Johnson is the Director, Joint Spectrum Center (JSC), Defense Information Systems Agency DSO/JSC Bldg. 120, Annapolis, Maryland. He supports a command that has a Vision to be the premier and trusted provider of enterprise electromagnetic spectrum tools, capabilities, services, data, and E3 spectrum and applied engineering. Col Johnson helps in the mission to provide direct support to the JCS, CCMDs, and MILDEPS to enable trusted, efficient and effective use of the Electromagnetic Spectrum Enterprise (operations, services, data, tools/capabilities), Applied Engineering, Acquisition and Analysis, and the mitigation of Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) in support of national security and military objectives. His career goals at JSC aligns with the command goals with supplying Agile Electromagnetic Spectrum Capabilities & Expertise providing support.

Colonel Johnson enlisted in the Air Force in 1987 and received his commission via the Officer Training School in 2000. He has served in a variety of base cyber/information technology positions and served on the United States Africa Command and Headquarters Air Force staffs.
