Mr. Marcy brings more than 35 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Beginning his career as an enlisted Non-Commissioned Officer with the United States Air Force, Mr. Marcy went on to serve as a network engineer for multiple telecommunications companies. In 2007, Mr. Marcy started his own company, Netmaker Communications, LLC, which is an FCC registered Competitive Local Exchange Company (CLEC) specializing in delivering Voice, Wireless, and Internet of Things solutions to commercial businesses and municipal governments, as well as telecommunications engineering services to the Federal Government. Mr. Marcy is an active member of the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Forum, Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association (AFCEA) and the National Emergency Number Association (NENA). Mr. Marcy holds a BSIT degree from University of Phoenix.
