Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted online by Friday, September 18, 2026, to
receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued
after September 18, 2026. Substitutes are welcome. Refunds will be processed
based on the original form of payment.

No Soliciting or Suitcasing Policy
Soliciting business in aisles, public areas, or another company’s
exhibit space is strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave the trade
show immediately and may face additional penalties. Please report any observed
violations to Show Management.
