Lieutenant Commander Paramadilok is a native of Chicago, Illinois and a 2007 graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He graduated from the Johns Hopkins University in 2012 with a Master of Science in Information Systems Engineering and Seattle University in 2015 with a Master of Business Administration. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Naval War College, Public Policy at Harvard University, and Space Systems at Embry-Riddle Aeronautics University.
Prior military service includes 14 years in the Marine Corps with NATO's International Security Assistance Force, CJ6 in Kabul, Afghanistan; Deputy Information Assurance Chief of the Marine Corps, Headquarters Marine Corps, and with the Inspector General of the Marine Corps at the Pentagon; and was the Officer in Charge for Alpha Company, 4th Tank Battalion, 4th Marine Division, for both Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.
Reserve tours included NR Navy Information Operations Command (NIOC) Hawaii - Tacoma N1, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command Joint Intelligence Operations Center J7, and NR U.S. Space Command Headquarters J3 and J7. In 2019, he served as the J39 Electronic Warfare Officer for Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force – Iraq, Operation Inherent Resolve. He recently completed an active-duty tour at the U.S. Naval Academy as a Master Instructor for the Cyber Science Department.
