Electromagnetic Operational Environment (EMOE)

Description

The purpose of this panel is to discuss ways to improve spectrum dominance in a contested Electromagnetic Operating Environment. Discussion points will include historical efforts, interoperability challenges, the development of Electromagnetic Battlefield Management – Joint (EMBM-J) software, near real-time spectrum management capabilities, and considerations for coalition partner access.
