Profile

Courtnea Johnson is the Stratus Program Manager and Chief of DISA’s Cloud Infrastructure Branch. Stratus is a Department of Defense (DOD) private cloud at the IL5 and IL6 levels built to provide optionality to mission partners. She also managed DISA’s previous private cloud offerings, milCloud 1.0 and milCloud 2.0, where she led teams supporting finance, product ordering, engineering, cyber and sustainment. In addition, provides transition services to assist mission partners in their individual efforts to move applications from their legacy hosting environments to cloud environments.

Ms. Johnson began her civil service career in 2004 with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). In 2007, she moved to the Defense Information Systems Agency within the Department of Defense. She has successfully supported various DISA programs over the years: Multinational Informational Sharing Management Office (MNIS), DoD Mobility Program, Medical Community of Interest (Med-COI), and Defense Enterprise Office Solutions (DEOS). Ms. Johnson is a member of the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act Level III Certified Program Manager.

A graduate of Fisk University in Nashville, TN and Webster University with a Master of Business Administration.
