Phil was an 80's era Cornell graduate and a late 80's early 90's US Army NCO (Military Intelligence).
A software architect with deep operational and technical experience in all phases of software engineering. Phil has served as both tactical and strategic software architect focused on enterprise grade solutions. Over the past three decades he has been directly involved in the design, development and deployment of multi-tiered systems with distributed, asynchronous, event-driven, client/server, service oriented and peer-to-peer architectures. Responsible for initiating agile development of creative distributed solutions both on premises and in the cloud. His personal focus continues to be on listening to the customer and providing relevant, flexible, and extensible technical approaches that save time, effort, and cost.
