Profile

Constance Genne joined GDIT in 2021 and serves as the GDIT Secure Cloud Program Manager on the Defense Enterprise Office Solution Program overseeing a team deep in talent and experience in designing, building, and implementing Microsoft Office 365 solutions. She began her work at GDIT focused on the migration and utilization of O365 collaboration tools. She is passionate about innovative cloud solutions, knowledge management and empowering collaboration both within and across teams and sectors.

Constance’s accomplishments include performing as the SharePoint Architect and Project Manager for Military Sealift Command’s (MSC) unclassified and classified collaboration portals. During her 10 year tenure in this role, she oversaw numerous SharePoint migrations. She led the delivery of solutions that automated onboarding/offboarding processes, provided tactical awareness for senior leaders, and improved knowledge management and collaboration throughout the Command. She was honored to earn the 2017 DoD CIO Annual Award as a member of the MSC Knowledge Management Team. Constance’s experience includes roles focused on process reengineering, deployment management, and technical project management for the Department of State, Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Agriculture.

Constance holds a Bachelor of Music Performance from Duquesne University and post graduate degree in Music Performance from the Royal Academy of Music.
