Profile

John E. Holloway is the lead for the modernization of the Department of Defense public safety communications ecosystem as well as high frequency communications within the Cyberspace Operations Directorate, Defense Information Systems Agency. The Cyberspace Operations Directorate is responsible for synchronizing and directing the operation of the agency’s enterprise capabilities. Holloway is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the DISA element overseeing the technical architecture and related documents of the DoD public safety communications ecosystem modernization effort. In this capacity, he interacts with various DISA supporting elements, services, other federal agencies, state 9-1-1 coordinators and executives as well as other professional organizations focused on public safety communications.
