Maj. Gen. Dwyer L. Dennis is Program Executive Officer for C3I and Networks, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass. In this position, he is responsible for more than 2,200 personnel and acquisition execution of a $10.9 billion portfolio developing, deploying and sustaining Air Force, joint and coalition cyberspace, networks, cryptologic and data link systems to enable decisive combat operations. In his previous assignment, General Dennis was Director, Global Reach Programs, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C. As the capability director, General Dennis was responsible to the Air Force acquisition executive for the $5.6 billion airlift, air refueling, training, and special operations programs portfolio. The general forum will be open to all and there will be a restricted access portion of the program to support ITAR-controlled or FOUO material. The restricted-access technical program provides a venue for research related to U.S. government programs that is not suited for full public or international release. Attendees of the restricted access program must have an active U.S. security clearance that can be verified via the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS). Read More.
